This gelato was a bit of a disappointment. The flavor was okay, but the texture was too icy. I think I might have needed to churn it for longer.

The gelato was good, but not great. The texture was a bit icy and the flavor was a bit bland. I think I might have over-churned it. Next time, I'll be more careful.

The gelato was delicious! The texture was spot-on and the flavor was divine. The only downside was that it was a bit too sweet for my taste. Next time, I'll reduce the amount of sugar by half.

Followed the recipe to the T and the gelato turned out amazing. Rich, creamy, and flavorful - everything you could want in a gelato. The hardest part was waiting for it to freeze, but it was worth the wait!
