Steps:
- Bring a covered pot of water to a boil Meanwhile, in large nonstick skillet, combine 3 T oil, garlic, and pepper flakes. Cook over med-high heat, stirring for 2-4 mins or until fragrant and lightly golden. Add shrimp and salt. Cook stirring often for 4 mins and transfer to bowl. Add remaining oil to skillet. Add broccoli, pepper, onion,and salt. Cook, stirring often for 4 mins. Add 1/4 C water and reduce least to medium. Cover and cook 5-6 mins, adding another T water if needed. Meanwhile cook noodles, drain, add a little butter. Add shrimp back to veggies and toss. Add to pasta and top with basil.
