Garden Turkey Burgers image

These moist burgers get plenty of color and flavor from onion, zucchini and red pepper. I often make the mixture ahead of time and put it in the refrigerator. Later, after helping my husband with farm chores, I can put the burgers on the grill while whipping up a salad or side dish. -Sandy Kitzmiller, Unityville, Pennsylvania

These burgers were a bit too bland for my taste. I think I'll try adding some more spices next time.

I'm not a huge fan of turkey, but these burgers were surprisingly good. The vegetables and herbs really helped to improve the flavor.

These burgers were a great way to use up some leftover vegetables. I had some zucchini, carrots, and bell peppers that needed to be used, and these burgers were the perfect solution.
