This Gaelic chicken was a disappointment. The chicken was dry and tough, and the sauce was bland. I won't be making this again.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my Gaelic chicken turned out dry and overcooked. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This Gaelic chicken was a bit bland for my taste. The chicken was cooked well, but the sauce lacked flavor. I added some extra herbs and spices to the sauce, and it improved it a bit.
