FUDGY CHOCOLATE BON-BONS image

8 oz organic dates, pitted
1/4 c almond meal
1/4 c organic coconut, shredded
1/4 c organic cocoa
(1/4 c mini chocolate chips, chocolate chunks or chopped nuts, optional)

Steps:

  • in a food processor, blend dates with a little water until smooth consistency. then add almond meal, cocout and cocoa. process until blended - should be in a formable mass. (may add optional mini chips or nuts at this time). then form into 1 tbsp balls. place in fridge or freezer until ready to serve.
