Steps:
- in a food processor, blend dates with a little water until smooth consistency. then add almond meal, cocout and cocoa. process until blended - should be in a formable mass. (may add optional mini chips or nuts at this time). then form into 1 tbsp balls. place in fridge or freezer until ready to serve.
