I received this recipe from my mother-in-law, who's a great cook. Colorful peaches, salsa, sweet red pepper and peas make this dish attractive as well as great tasting.

This recipe has too many ingredients and steps for my taste. I don't have the time or energy to cook something so complex.

I'm not sure about this recipe. The combination of fruit and meat just doesn't sound like something I would enjoy.

A bit too much fruit for my taste, but overall a solid recipe. If I make it again I might use less fruit or try a different type of fruit.
