Fruit Cobbler image

You decide which fruit you'd prefer to use in this sweet treat. Apple? Peach? Cherry? They are all good My kids love them all!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 c white sugar or splenda
1/2 c all-purpose flour
1/2 c skim milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 c of your favorite fruit, chopped into bite-sized pieces

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all of the ingredients except the fruit in a bowl. Mix together. Pour it into an 8x8 pan coated with cooking spray.
  • 2. Spread the fruit over the top. Flour mixture will rise to the top and cover fruit. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
