Steps:
- Blend Butter, Shortening, Cream Cheese & Flour together like pie crust. Boil Apricots to soft blend together in food processor to thick consistency add a little of the cooking water as need. Roll out th dough cut with a 3 in. biscuit cutter. Fill each circle with apprximately 2 tsp. apricot filling fold in half & seal with a fork. Bake 350 oven 15 minutes or until brown frost while hot.
