- 1. Using a mixer on low speed, blend cream cheese until smooth, gradually add cranberry sauce until well blended, stir in pineapple mixing well. Pour into a 9x13 -inch freezer proof dish sprayed lightly with non stick spray and freeze 3-4 hours, Scoop into dessert dishes and serve with a wedge of fresh pineapple.
