Frosted Anginette Cookie Balls image

I recall visiting a friend of my mother's during the holiday's and all of us gathered around, making these delicious little bundles of heaven. We would tint the frosting red and green at Christmas time. Such a fond memory every time I make these. I could sure go for some right about now! Enjoy!

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my cookies turned out really dry. I think I might have over-mixed the dough.
