I seem to always have some leftover mashed potatoes and never quite know what to do with them. This is a nice recipe to make patties that go well with eggs in the morning.

Yum! These potato patties were a hit with my family. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the flavor was amazing. I served them with sour cream and applesauce and they were a perfect side dish.

These were so easy to make and they turned out so good! I used a food processor to shred the potatoes and it made the process so much easier. The patties were crispy and flavorful, and I loved the addition of the cheese. Will definitely be making the

These potato patties were a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I needed to drain them on paper towels before serving. They were still tasty, but I would have liked them to be less greasy.

These potato patties were a bit bland for my taste. I think I needed to add more seasoning to the potatoes before cooking them. They were still crispy and fluffy, but I would have liked them to have more flavor.
