Steps:
- Deep fryer or "fry daddy" , pre-heated to 350 degrees F. Canola oil works well for home use in this recipe. Put oysters in liquid and drain well, then dip in rice flour/corn meal mix and cook in fryer until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Keep warm in pre-heated oven if desired. Repeat with other half of oysters. Serve with cocktail sauce.
