This strata is a great way to use up leftover bread. I also like to add a little bit of diced ham or bacon to the batter.

I'm not a fan of tomatoes, so I omitted them from the recipe. The strata was still very good, but I think it would have been even better with tomatoes.

This recipe is a great starting point, but I like to add my own personal touches. For example, I sometimes add chopped spinach or mushrooms to the batter.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my strata didn't turn out very well. It was dense and flavorless.

This strata was a bit more work than I expected, but it was worth it in the end. It's a delicious and impressive dish that's perfect for a special occasion brunch.

I found that the strata was a bit too dry for my taste. I would suggest adding a little more milk or cream to the batter.

I'm not a huge fan of goat cheese, so I substituted feta cheese instead. The strata was still very good, but I think I would have preferred it with goat cheese.

This strata was a hit with my family! The flavors of the fresh tomatoes, goat cheese, and herbs blended perfectly. It was also very easy to make, and I appreciated that I could prepare it the night before and bake it in the morning.
