Fresh Fruit Kabobs With Poppy Seed Dip image

A great dessert or snack for you and the kids, even without the dip. This recipe is from the Gooseberry Patch. Enjoy!

6 cups fresh fruit, peeled, cut into bite-size pieces (use strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, honeydew and or cantaloupe)
6 -8 wooden skewers
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon poppy seed

Steps:

  • Arrange fruit cubes and slices alternately on skewers.
  • For Poppyseed Dip, stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Serve dip alongside fruit kabobs.
