Steps:
- Measure flour, baking powder, soda and salt into mixing bowl and mix with fork. Cream butter and sugar in separate bowl. Beat egg, milk & lemon juice into creamed butter. Stir cream butter mixture bit by bit into flour mixture until well blended together. Stir in cranberries & walnuts. Drop dough by teaspoon, about 1 inch apart, on greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until firm and golden. Remove from sheets to cool on wire rack.
