Frenchie's Salad Dressing image

A zestier version of the classic French-style salad dressing.

1 cup sunflower seed oil
¾ cup white wine vinegar
1 cup white sugar
½ cup ketchup
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, ketchup, salt, pepper, cayenne, Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate and whisk before using.
