1 egg white
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • Beat white until foamy and add salt. Beat until stiff and not dry. Beat cream separately until it forms soft peaks. Slowly beat in sugar and vanilla. Fold two mixes together.
