I'm not a big fan of coleslaw, but this freezer slaw is actually pretty good. The dressing is light and tangy, and the cabbage is crisp.

This freezer slaw is a lifesaver! I always have a bag of shredded cabbage in my freezer, so I can whip up a batch of slaw in minutes. It's the perfect side dish for potlucks and barbecues, and it's also great on tacos and sandwiches.
