Steps:
- 1. Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips.
- 2. In skillet, over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook beef and garlic until beef is browned.
- 3. Add onion.
- 4. Cook for 5 minutes stirring often.
- 5. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling.
- 6. Add broccoli.
- 7. Reduce to low.
- 8. Cover, simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- 9. Serve over noodles.
- 10. TIP: To make slicing easier, freeze beef for 1 hour.
