- 1. Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs, mix well and add mashed bananas. Sift dry ingredients together. Add a little at a time with the buttermilk and vanilla. Baked in a greased 10"x15" pan.
- 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and frost.
