Once you remove the pot roast and vegtables from the slow cooker you can slowly add some flour to the juice to make a nice gravy to pour over the pot roast.

- 1. Rub pot roast with salt and pepper and place in crock pot.
- 2. Add segmented onions and rough cut potatoes around the pot roast.
- 3. Combine remaining ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat to blend flavors.
- 4. Pour contents of sauce pan over the pot roast and cook on low for 6 hours or 4 hours on high setting.
