Steps:
- 1. Wash and prepare all ingredients. Allow to dry. Slice radishes and carrots in long strips.
- 2. Start with a lettuce leaf and layer cheese, long slice of radish, pea and carrot at one end of the leaf.
- 3. Roll the lettuce leaf up and hold with a toothpick.
