Feta Cheese Turkey Burger image

My take on a "Greek-style" burger. I like to eat this on pita bread in place of a bun. I didn't add this in the directions, but I generally make these ahead of time and put them in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours before grilling. They hold together better.

These burgers were a little too salty for my taste. I think I would use less feta cheese next time.

I wasn't sure how the feta cheese would taste in a turkey burger, but I was pleasantly surprised. It added a nice salty and tangy flavor.

These burgers were a bit dry for my taste. I think I would add some more moisture next time, maybe by adding some chopped vegetables or a sauce.
