This relish is a great way to add some flavor to your meals. It's also a good way to get your kids to eat more vegetables.

I found this relish to be a bit bland. It needed more salt and pepper, and maybe some chopped fresh herbs.

This relish was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less sugar or honey.

I was pleasantly surprised by this relish. I'm not a huge fan of fennel, but it was very mild in this dish. The cucumber and red onion added a nice crunch, and the dressing was tangy and flavorful.

I love how easy this relish is to make. I didn't have any fennel seeds, so I used a teaspoon of ground fennel, and it turned out great. This relish is a great way to use up leftover cucumbers.
