Steps:
- 1. sift the flour and sugar in a bowl.
- 2. heat the butter, cocoa and coco cola in a saucepan to boiling point.
- 3. pour the hot mixture over the flour/sugar mixture.
- 4. add the buttermilk, baking soda, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows. (batter will be thin and marshmallows will float to the top.)
- 5. pour the batter into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
- 6. bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
- 7. ice cake while still hot.
- 8. icing: combine all of the ingredients and heat to boiling.
- 9. pour over cake while it is still hot.
