When I was 4 years old, my grandma would take me to Woolworths in downtown Louisville. We often ate lunch at their counter. My favorite thing there was their "Chili Burgers" aka sloppy joes. I adapted this from many sloppy joe recipes I have seen over the years. This recipe is so delicious AND so easy!

- 1. In a large skillet, brown sirloin and drain.
- 2. Add the remaining ingredients.
- 3. Simmer for 30 minutes or until most of the liquid has cooked off. Stirring occasionally.
- 4. Serve on hamburger buns.
