I'm not a big fan of Ethiopian food, but this dish was actually pretty good. I especially liked the spicy ginger sauce.

This recipe didn't turn out well for me. The vegetables were overcooked and the sauce was too thin.

I found this dish to be a bit bland. I think it could use more spices or herbs.

I've never had Ethiopian food before, but this dish was a great introduction. The ginger and spices really shine through, and the vegetables are tender and flavorful.

This Ethiopian Ginger Vegetables dish is simply amazing! The flavors are so complex and delicious, and the vegetables are cooked perfectly - still slightly crunchy, just the way I like them. I highly recommend this recipe to anyone who loves flavorfu
