This salad is a bit pricey to make, but it's worth it. The ingredients are all high-quality and the flavor is amazing.

I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but my salad didn't turn out as good as I expected. The dressing was a little too tart for my taste.

I used a different type of cheese in this salad and it was still delicious. I think any type of cheese would work well.

I'm not a huge fan of maple vinaigrette, but I decided to give this recipe a try anyway. I'm glad I did because it was actually really good! The sweetness of the dressing balanced out the bitterness of the escarole.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover escarole. I had some in my fridge that was starting to wilt, but it was perfect for this recipe.

This salad was easy to make and packed with flavor. I used a store-bought maple vinaigrette, but I'm sure it would be even better with a homemade one.
