Very easy and tasty. To reduce carbs, rinse English peas with cold water and replace butter crackers with a sleeve of saltines. Can also add a small can of drained mushrooms for more flavor.

[email protected]This casserole was a bit too rich for my taste. The cheese sauce was very heavy and the peas were a bit bland. I think I would have liked it better if the cheese sauce was lighter and the peas were more flavorful.
