These savory fritters are made with split pea flour and a blend of mild spices. An East Indian snack that goes well with mango chutney!

The phulourie were a bit too oily for my taste. I think I might have added too much oil when frying them. Other than that, the recipe was easy to follow and the taste was good.

Not a fan of the phulourie. The dough was too dense and the filling was bland. Maybe I didn't do something right. Will try again with a different recipe.

Loved the simplicity and authenticity of this recipe. The phulourie were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Served them with tamarind chutney and they were a hit!

Followed the recipe to a T and the phulourie came out perfectly. The dough was light and airy, and the filling was flavorful and aromatic. A great addition to my party appetizers.

The phulourie was easy to make and tasted delicious. I added a bit of extra cumin and coriander to give it a more robust flavor. Perfect for a quick and satisfying snack.
