Elderflower Martini image

1 strip lemon zest
1 strip lime zest
3 ounces Aquavit New York White Cranberry (go to www.aquavitnewyork.com for purchasing information) or plain aquavit
2 ounces dry vermouth
1/2 ounce elderflower cordial
Pinch of salt

Steps:

  • Put the zest in the bottom of a large martini glass. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the remaining ingredients. Shake and strain into the glass.
