Steps:
- If preparing the morning of the event: Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes (until middle is firm). Serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. If preparing the night before: Mix all ingredients together EXCEPT Baking Powder. Put mixture in a large zip-loc bag and refrigerate overnight. 45 minutes before ready to serve, add baking powder to mixture and pour in 9x13 baking dish. Cook at 350 for 35-45 minutes (until middle is firm). Serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
