This was a great breakfast recipe! The avocado was ripe and creamy, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. The salsa verde was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this recipe.

I followed the recipe exactly and the dish was delicious! The only thing I would change is to use a little less salt in the salsa verde.
