I love eggs Benedic, but I also love Alfredo sauce and the Alfredo is what I had on hand plus 2 hard boiled eggs and the rest of the ingredients. - 1. Place muffin pieces in a small bowl. Set aside. In another bowl that is micro-wave safe combine remaining ingredients.
- 2. Microwave in 30 second intervals until as warm as you like. Pour over muffin pieces in reserved bowl. Stir to combine.Enjoy.
