Eggnog With Soymilk image

This is a great alternative to the lactose version. Tastes best with vanilla soymilk. Spice to your desired taste, i love mine spicey but obviously some people do not. You can always add more soymilk if too spicey.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my eggnog turned out lumpy.

This eggnog was a disaster! It curdled when I added the soy milk.

I found this eggnog to be a bit bland. I think it could use more spices.

This eggnog is a great way to use up leftover soy milk. It's also a great make-ahead drink for holiday parties.

I've tried many eggnog recipes over the years, but this one is by far the best. It's so easy to make and the flavor is amazing. I love that it's made with soymilk, which makes it a healthier option.

This eggnog was a hit at my holiday party! I used almond milk instead of soy milk and it turned out great. Everyone raved about how creamy and delicious it was.
