Steps:
- 1. Cook and drain sausage. 2. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs; add green pepper, milk, salt, pepper and oregano. 3. Melt butter in a skillet and add egg mixture. 4. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are set. Then remove from heat. 5. Toast English muffins; spread with pizza sauce. 6. Spoon egg mixture onto muffins and sprinkle with sausage. 7. Top with cheese. 8. Place under broiler for a few minutes to heat through.
