Egg Drop Soup image

Super simple and delicious!

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 can(s) chicken broth, low salt
1 egg
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 Tbsp green onions, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Bring chicken broth to a boil. Reduce to medium after reaching boiling temperature.
  • 2. Put in all ingredients and stir for about 5 minutes
  • 3. Turn off stove and let sit for a few minutes to cool to desired eating temperature.
  • 4. Serve with wontons or fried oriental noodles.
