I didn't have all of the ingredients for this recipe, so I had to substitute some things. It still turned out pretty good, but I think it would have been better if I had used the correct ingredients.

This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I think I'll stick to simpler Ecuadorian dishes in the future.

The chicken was a bit dry, but the sauce was delicious. I would recommend cooking the chicken for a shorter amount of time next time.

This dish was a little bit too spicy for my taste, but it was still very good. I would recommend using less chili powder next time.

I'm not a big fan of cilantro, but I still really enjoyed this dish. The sauce was so good that I didn't even miss the cilantro.

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfectly. The chicken was cooked through but still moist, and the sauce was thick and flavorful.
