These are like the ones you used to get in school, back in the day. Don't be intimidated by the Spam. It's what makes the pizza burgers! Besides a quick supper, they're a great hot appetizer. These keep well in refrigerator.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Separate one dozen hamburger buns and place on jelly roll pan so they are open faced.
- 2. Mix hamburger, spam, pizza sauce and mozzarella. Add seasoning.
- 3. By spoonfuls, top each half of bun with mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or when cheese is melted and buns start to turn golden brown.
