This is our well loved, everyday, family spaghetti sauce recipe. Much better than straight bottled sauce, and much faster than making gourmet sauce from scratch. Perfect for students or less experienced cooks too! Works equally well with Turkey instead of beef. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Heat 2 Tbsp Olive Oil in a large saucepan/skillet
- 2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant - about 30 seconds
- 3. Add Green Peppers and Onions and saute for about 5 mins
- 4. Add mushrooms and saute until onions are fully translucent and begin to brown
- 5. Remove vegetables and set aside
- 6. Brown ground meat in same skillet and drain off fat
- 7. Reduce heat to simmer
- 8. add back vegetables and spaghetti sauce
- 9. Add all remaining ingredients, stir well.
- 10. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
- 11. Serve with your favorite pasta
