Another recipe from the coupon inserts from the Sunday Houston Chronicle. This is quick and easy and it's great as a simple snack while watching football, NASCAR, etc. I like to garnish with sour cream and guacamole, but feel free to use your own toppings!

The nachos were good, but I found the recipe to be a bit bland. I added some extra spices and salsa to give it more flavor.

I tried this recipe last week and it was a total disaster. The chicken was dry and the cheese was rubbery. I won't be making this again.
