- 1. Place the cubed ham in a greased 9-inch pie plate, together with the onion and cheese.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix the Bisquick, eggs, milk, salt and pepper until blended. Pour over top of the mixture in the pie pan.
- 3. Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for about an hour or until heated through and getting brown on top.
