Easy Banana Cake image

Got overripe bananas? Make this in your blender or in a bowl, either way, it's easy and delicious.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
3 large ripe bananas
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Toss all ingredients into a blender, whirl until well mixed.
  • OR, beat ingredients in bowl until well mixed.
  • Bake in 8 x 8 pan 40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
