- Stir-Fry Tofu (to remove excess water, do not brown) set aside.
- Stir-Fry Garlic, Celery, Carrots and Okra, then .
- Add Cabbage, Mushrooms, and Baby Corn (halved).
- Return Tofu and mix.
- Add Hot Vinegar to taste.
