2 Tbsp water
1 1/2 c packed brown sugar
2 c chocolate chips
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp soda
2 eggs
several packages andes mints

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven 350 degrees

I was a little skeptical about trying these cookies because I'm not a big fan of mint. But I was pleasantly surprised! The mint flavor is very subtle and it pairs perfectly with the chocolate.
