This was my husband's favorite French Onion Soup. It's really quick and simple. Better yet, he didn't know that the recipe was from a book named Quick and Healthy :).

This soup was a bit too salty for my taste, but it was still good. I think I'll try it again with less salt next time.

I've never been a fan of French onion soup, but this recipe changed my mind. The caramelized onions are so sweet and flavorful, and the broth is rich and savory. I'll definitely be making this again.

I made this soup for my family last night and they loved it! It was easy to make and smelled amazing while it was cooking. The hardest part was waiting for it to cool down enough to eat!
