Steps:
- Melt chocolate of your choice (Milk, Dark, White or even the peanut butter chips work). Dip each marshmallow individually in the chocolate, then roll in topping. Set on parchment to cool. They keep for days and are a hit at potlucks and barbecues. You can also place a Graham Cracker Square next to the Marshmallow and dip them together making easy S'mores. My brother and I love to dip them in milk chocolate and crushed mint cookies, or to stick a Junior Mint into the drying chocolate. Tasty!
