Steps:
- 1. Fill large saucepan halfway with water. Bring to a boil. Add salt.
- 2. While waiting for water to boil, peel and slice potatoes. Add to water.
- 3. Cook about 15 minutes and drain when done. Put back in pan, add milk, butter and nutmeg. Mash until smooth. Add mustard. Mix well. Add salt & pepper if needed, to taste
