is all in the dressing and gettin that right also make ahead and let rest make yummy cole slaw

1/2 medium head green cabbage,chopped finr
1 medium carrot,grated
2/3 c slaw dressing[recipe below]
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. make dressing several hrs before needing....... 1 cup mayo,1/2 c lemon juice,1/2 c apple cidar vinegar,1 T onion powdwer,1 T garlic powder,2 t splenda mix in jar shake well put in fridge
  • 2. mix all cole slaw stuff together in lg zip bag turn and massage several times during day...
  • 3. serve with fav meats[i served this with oven fried chicken,baked potatoes, and b'b'que baked beans]
