Steps:
- Cut the hot dog bun in half, keeping it together a little if you can.
- Roll the bun in sugar.
- Fry in hot oil for about 30 seconds each side,
- Allow to cool for 30 seconds, then fill with ice cream and cover in sauce!
- Enjoy!
